  • Position Summary
    The Warehouse Agent works as part of a team of 5-8 employees to deliver best-in-class warehousing services. This role is responsible for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping cargo, including dangerous goods (DG), while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and client-specific SOPs.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
  • Unload full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and parcel shipments
  • Inspect inbound freight for accuracy, quality, and damage; document overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D), including photos when required
  • Accurately receive and verify shipments against documentation
  • Store inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper equipment
  • Perform value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and packing per client SOPs
  • Stage, weigh, and prepare outbound shipments; communicate completion to office staff
  • Load outbound shipments and secure trailers, including seal application and documentation
  • Review and verify Dangerous (DG) documentation; report discrepancies
  • Validate vendor documentation, including quantities, weights, dimensions, and compliance details
  • Properly label and prepare freight for export
  • Palletize cargo by airway bill and carrier requirements
  • Pick and pull inventory based on warehouse documentation and shipping instructions
  • Perform final DG compliance checks prior to shipment release
  • Assist with ocean container loading, including blocking, bracing, and placarding
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Support training of new team members as skills progress

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly

  • Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience (or equivalent)

  • Preferred
  • Forklift/material handling experience
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
  • Freight forwarding experience

  • Certifications & Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain Dangerous Goods (DG) certification (IATA with Radioactive Add-On, IMDG, CFR49) – training provided

  • Work Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts with required meal and rest breaks
  • Consistent, reliable attendance required

  • Compensation & Benefits
    Salary Range: Hourly pay range $16.00 - $25.44 per hour
    Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
