  • Build repeatable frameworks for collecting, analyzing, and applying audience intelligence across the organization
Requirements

You bring experience at the intersection of research, content, and audience strategy, with a strong ability to turn complex information into clear and actionable insights.

  • Experience in research, editorial intelligence, audience development, or analytics-driven content roles
  • Strong ability to synthesize qualitative inputs (interviews, conversations) and quantitative data into insights
  • Proven experience designing and running surveys or structured research initiatives
  • Ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations that influence editorial or product decisions
  • Experience creating reports, content, or products based on research or audience intelligence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort working across editorial, product, marketing, and partnership teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to have: experience with executive interviews, co-created research projects, or AI-enabled analysis tools
Benefits
  • Annual salary range: CAD 120,000 – 155,000 (based on experience and location)
  • Discretionary performance-based bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees
  • Remote or hybrid work flexibility depending on location
  • Opportunity to shape high-impact content and research products
  • Strong focus on professional development and career growth
  • Work within a fast-growing, award-winning digital media environment
