  • Support pre-sales activities by collaborating with sales teams, contributing to technical demonstrations, and shaping solution positioning.
  • Drive customer onboarding and adoption by supporting implementation, usage optimization, and long-term platform success.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, promoting increased platform consumption and supporting upsell initiatives based on customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring ongoing engagement through business reviews and cadences.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions and improve solution capabilities.
Requirements

This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and cloud data platform knowledge, ideally gained in enterprise environments.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, along with experience in APIs, SQL, Linux, and integration technologies.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in a consultative or solution-selling environment.
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with modern data engineering tools, ETL/ELT concepts, and data transformation workflows is a plus.
Benefits
