This role is focused on shaping and scaling a high-impact sales onboarding and development experience across multiple business units. You will play a central part in enabling sales teams to perform confidently from day one through structured, role-based learning programs. Working in a cross-functional environment, you will translate technical and operational knowledge into clear, practical training frameworks. The position requires strong collaboration with teams across sales, product, operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure alignment and consistency. You will help build scalable systems, tools, and processes that support continuous learning and long-term sales performance. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where your work directly influences sales effectiveness and organizational growth.
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs tailored to different sales roles across multiple business units
- Develop role-based learning frameworks that define training needs, timing, and priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather expertise and align training content with business goals
- Translate complex technical, operational, and product information into clear and accessible training materials
- Build and maintain scalable templates, tools, and repeatable processes to support consistent training delivery
- Manage a centralized onboarding and training roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
- Define intake and prioritization processes for new training requests
- Identify gaps in onboarding and development programs and recommend actionable improvements
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment between training initiatives and performance objectives
- Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for diverse audiences when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, sales operations, program management, or related functions
- Proven ability to design and build training programs, frameworks, or processes from the ground up
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience facilitating both small and large group sessions
- Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into structured, easy-to-understand formats
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in evolving environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset
