Join us as a Project Associate, where you'll embark on a thrilling adventure through the diverse realms of architecture, from Planning to Design and beyond. We are on the lookout for a passionate Project Associate to join our innovative team at DesignGroup!
Your Essential Duties: As a Project Associate, you'll wear many hats collaborating with Project Designers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers Your tasks will span from collaborating on architectural documents to delivering presentations. Your role isn't just a job; it's a journey toward architectural registration and continuous professional growth
• Perform professional responsibilities with a strong focus on collaborative teamwork.
• Collaborate on and contribute to specific sections of architectural documents throughout various project phases, ensuring the preservation of program integrity, design intent, and technical excellence.
• Attain client objectives within the defined project scope, budget, and schedule of DesignGroup, while upholding a client-centric approach.
• Execute all tasks with the highest level of technical accuracy, adhering to DesignGroup standards.
• Proactively seek out resources, mentors, and industry trends for ongoing skill development.
• Regularly refer to and review DesignGroup, AIA, and other standards and procedures that define the DesignGroup process.
• Generate schematic designs, floor plans, and architectural renderings.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers and consultants.
• Create precise and independent construction documents. A
• ssist in the permitting process and liaise with regulatory agencies.
• Provide support for marketing initiatives as required.
• Actively participating in construction phase documentation reviews.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:Who We're Looking For:
Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Architecture; Masters Degree preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training in a comparable professional setting.
Qualifications: Actively participating in AXP and on the road to Architectural Registration.
Mindset: Bringing a blend of technical prowess and a creative flair to our collaborative team.
Attitude: Eager to embrace personal and professional growth, and a true team player.
Passion: Willingness to explore, understand, and champion industry "best practices."

Travel Responsibilities
Travel is required 20% of time out-of-area and overnight stays to offices, conferences, and trainings.
