You will be responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across major platforms through creative content, community interaction, and campaign support. The position combines hands-on content creation with strategic coordination across internal teams and external partners. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will support the development and execution of social media strategies while ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content across all digital channels.

  • Create engaging static and video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop clear and strategic creative briefs for external agency partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Plan, manage, and execute the social media content calendar in collaboration with marketing and brand teams.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams to support launches and integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented social media professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving digital environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with social media analytics tools such as Meta Insights or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agency collaboration and cross-functional marketing workflows is preferred.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Interest or experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or eCommerce brands is a strong advantage.
