This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, technical storytelling, and go-to-market strategy, shaping how advanced data and AI capabilities are understood and adopted in the market. You will define and drive the positioning of AI-powered products, translating complex concepts such as LLMs, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences. Acting as the voice of the AI strategy externally and internally, you will play a key role in differentiating the platform in a rapidly evolving ecosystem. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across launches, campaigns, and sales enablement. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure messaging reflects real product value and customer impact. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on growth, positioning, and market expansion in the AI and data intelligence space.
- Define and own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI-driven products, including agentic systems, orchestration layers, and analytics capabilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts (LLMs, AI agents, MCP servers, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases) into clear, differentiated narratives for diverse audiences.
- Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to build customer-centric stories and validate product value through real-world use cases.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for AI product launches, including messaging frameworks, sales plays, campaign strategy, and launch assets.
- Develop enablement materials such as pitch decks, demo scripts, email cadences, product tours, and datasheets to support sales and adoption.
- Create demand generation content tailored to multiple ICPs and buyer journeys across technical and non-technical segments.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning, roadmap insights, and differentiation strategies in the AI ecosystem.
- Support cross-sell and expansion initiatives across the broader product portfolio through targeted messaging and campaigns.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, ideally across data, analytics, SaaS, cloud, or related domains.
- 1–2 years of experience directly supporting or owning AI/ML products, including exposure to AI agents or ML workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, vector databases, MCP servers, and orchestration frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value and customer-facing messaging.
- Experience working with product-led growth or free trial motions is highly preferred.
- Strong storytelling, positioning, and narrative-building skills with a portfolio demonstrating impact-driven marketing work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Technical background or strong technical fluency is strongly preferred.
