Accountabilities:
  • Define and own the global performance marketing strategy, including channel mix, audience targeting frameworks, and investment allocation models.
  • Set and manage annual and quarterly growth targets across paid search, paid social, display, video, and emerging digital channels.
  • Lead global media planning, budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, and performance optimization in alignment with business and finance objectives.

  • Oversee execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Establish performance marketing best practices, including bidding strategies, automation approaches, and campaign structuring standards.
  • Partner with analytics and revenue operations teams to build attribution models, dashboards, and performance reporting systems.
  • Drive incrementality testing, cohort analysis, and advanced measurement frameworks to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to ensure localized execution aligned with global strategy.
  • Align performance marketing with brand, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams to ensure consistent customer journeys and messaging continuity.
  • Lead relationships with external partners, agencies, and ad platforms to identify innovation opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team of marketers, analysts, and growth specialists.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles with proven business impact.
  • Strong expertise in paid media ecosystems, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar global marketing budgets.
  • Deep analytical skills with experience in forecasting, data modeling, attribution, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale global or multi-region marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lifecycle marketing integration.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, analytics, product marketing, and revenue operations teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders globally.
  • Experience in B2B or complex funnel environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with global senior leadership roles
  • Performance-based incentives and potential equity participation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work environment with global collaboration opportunities
  • Professional development and continuous learning support
