Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive clients, serving as the primary post-sale strategic partner and advisor
  • Develop and deliver data-driven marketing strategies and performance insights aligned with client objectives
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders through a consultative and proactive approach
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including product expansion, budget increases, and multi-location engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and market data to provide actionable recommendations that drive ROI
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to senior client stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and a customer-first experience
  • Educate clients on platform capabilities, new features, and best practices to maximize adoption and value
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Travel as needed (up to 25%) to support client engagement and relationship building
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing within the automotive industry
  • Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Amazon Advertising, and DV360
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable, revenue-driving insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience working with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to client challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
