- Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive clients, serving as the primary post-sale strategic partner and advisor
- Develop and deliver data-driven marketing strategies and performance insights aligned with client objectives
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders through a consultative and proactive approach
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including product expansion, budget increases, and multi-location engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and market data to provide actionable recommendations that drive ROI
- Deliver high-impact presentations to senior client stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and a customer-first experience
- Educate clients on platform capabilities, new features, and best practices to maximize adoption and value
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Travel as needed (up to 25%) to support client engagement and relationship building
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing within the automotive industry
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Amazon Advertising, and DV360
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable, revenue-driving insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience working with senior-level stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to client challenges
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $115,000
