Design. Diagnose. Lead—From Anywhere.

A remote, work-from-home landscape sales and account management role for experienced turf and design professionals.

This is not a traditional account management role.

This is for someone who can look at a property through video, photos, and data—and quickly identify what’s wrong, what’s possible, and what to do next.

At Brandon Rushing Lawn & Garden Care, we’ve spent 30+ years building a premium, relationship-driven service model. Now we’re expanding into a more efficient, tech-enabled approach—and we’re looking for someone who can lead clients, guide decisions, and drive revenue remotely.

👉 This role is best suited for candidates with prior landscape, turf, or horticulture experience—not entry-level remote job seekers.

If you have strong turf, horticulture, and landscape knowledge and can confidently make recommendations without stepping on-site—this role is built for you.

🚀 The Opportunity

You’ll work with qualified leads and active clients—not cold calling—reviewing properties virtually and leading them toward the right solutions.

Using videos, photos, and client conversations, you will:

Diagnose issuesRecommend improvementsDesign solutionsBuild project scopesClose work and generate revenue

This is a consultative, sales-driven role—not passive account management.

🌿 What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary remote advisor for your portfolio of clientsReview client-submitted videos and photos to assess property conditionsDiagnose turf, plant, drainage, and landscape issuesRecommend and sell:Turf care programsGarden and plant improvementsDrainage solutionsLandscape enhancements and upgradesCreate simple landscape designs, concepts, and scopes of workBuild and present clear, confident proposals that drive decisionsLead virtual consultations (video calls)Guide clients through decisions and close workIdentify opportunities others miss—even without being onsiteFollow up consistently and move opportunities forwardCollaborate with operations to ensure successful executionManage pipeline and activity in CRM

You must have strong working knowledge of:

Turf care and lawn programs (fertilization, weed control, aeration & seeding)Plants, shrubs, and seasonal performanceLandscape maintenance and enhancementsDrainage and irrigation basicsProperty layout, grading, and common issues

👉 You must be able to confidently diagnose and recommend solutions without visiting the property in person.

Important:
You don’t need to be a licensed designer—but you must be comfortable thinking through layouts, improvements, and outcomes.
