This role sits at the center of performance-driven digital marketing, leading high-impact paid social strategies across major platforms in a fast-paced, data-focused environment.
You will manage both strategy and execution for multi-channel paid social campaigns, ensuring strong performance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
The position combines client leadership, team management, and hands-on optimization across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, with additional exposure to emerging social channels.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into actionable media strategies and performance insights.
Beyond execution, you will guide a team of specialists, helping develop talent while driving innovation in paid social approaches.
It is a highly visible role where analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership directly shape campaign success and client growth.
- Lead the development and execution of paid social strategies aligned with client business objectives across key platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- Manage and mentor a team of Paid Social Strategists, setting priorities, providing coaching, and ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Serve as the primary client contact, delivering performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including setup, optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and improve ROI through data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches and testing strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimization.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in paid social media marketing with a proven track record managing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Experience with additional platforms such as Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, or BeReal is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior team management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing and optimization decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environments.
