This role focuses on supporting and implementing VoIP phone systems that enhance communication workflows for veterinary and pet care organizations across North America. You will act as a technical expert responsible for ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of phone system integrations connected to practice management platforms. The position combines customer-facing support with hands-on technical problem-solving, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation experiences. This is a fully remote contract role where you will play a key part in improving communication efficiency and operational workflows for end users. The environment is fast-paced, customer-focused, and highly collaborative.
- Deliver high-quality customer support via Zoom, phone, and email, ensuring strong satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
- Configure, deploy, and support VoIP phone systems integrated with practice management software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation delivery.
- Analyze system performance and identify trends in recurring technical issues, sharing insights with internal teams.
- Manage multiple implementation tasks and priorities independently while maintaining high service quality.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable implementation steps.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong professional communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or implementation roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in technical environments.
- Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, and virtual communication tools.
- Strong conflict resolution skills with a customer-centric and empathetic approach.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver structured, effective solutions.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Monthly compensation of $1,200 USD.
