About the Role
This is not an entry-level sales role.
We’re looking for a proven Business Development Manager with a track record of success in industrial B2B sales—someone who knows how to navigate complex buying environments, build long-term partnerships, and consistently win new business.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of industrial or manufacturing B2B sales experience. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
What You'll Do- Own and grow a multi-state territory (PA, MD, WV)
- Identify, pursue, and close new business within industrial and manufacturing accounts
- Build long-term partnerships with operations, supply chain, and procurement leaders
- Manage a structured pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver custom packaging and logistics solutions
- Drive revenue growth through both new business and account expansion
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience (manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or related industries)
- Must have a stable work history demonstrating consistent performance and career progression
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business
- Experience selling into operations, supply chain, or plant-level decision makers
- Strong territory management and pipeline discipline
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in corrugated, packaging, pallets, or industrial materials
- Background in high-volume or repeat-use products (not one-time project sales)
