Data Analyst in India at Jobgether

You will work at the intersection of data, process execution, and business analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of analytical and operational tasks. The position involves close collaboration with senior analysts and delivery leads to execute structured workflows while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will play an important role in translating business requirements into actionable data insights and operational outputs, helping ensure smooth client delivery across multiple time zones. • Understand and clearly communicate client business requirements, operational rules, data structures, and standard operating procedures.
• Execute predefined operational and analytical processes while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined guidelines.
• Apply quality checks, validations, and controls to all deliverables, reporting results to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities in collaboration with senior analysts and delivery leads.
• Support the design, documentation, and optimization of operational models, workflows, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure timely execution of client deliverables across different time zones.
• Assist in testing and validating new or updated operational procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct secondary research and support ad-hoc analytical tasks as required.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or operations roles involving SQL or similar data mining tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL; exposure to stored procedures is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on quality, accuracy, and process adherence.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in structured operational environments and follow defined SOPs.
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or analytics consulting environments is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
