This role drives the design and implementation of analytical frameworks that connect customer outcomes to measurable business impact. As the Lead Data Analyst, you will translate complex customer usage and performance data into actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will architect data models, ROI and TCO benchmarks, and value measurement systems while collaborating closely with Product, Data Engineering, and RevOps teams. This position combines advanced analytics, data storytelling, and strategic thinking to demonstrate the tangible value delivered to customers. You will mentor peers, establish best practices for data governance, and help scale AI-driven insights across the organization. The role offers a fully remote, high-collaboration environment with opportunities to shape enterprise-level strategy and outcomes.
Accountabilities:- Develop and scale analytics infrastructure that quantifies customer value and informs GTM strategy
- Build and maintain ROI, TCO, and customer outcome models across the customer lifecycle
- Design, implement, and operationalize standardized methodologies for measuring and communicating customer value
- Partner with Data Engineering and Product Analytics to ensure a unified, auditable source of truth for value data
- Lead investigations into customer performance trends to identify drivers of adoption, retention, and expansion
- Create executive dashboards and frameworks that translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Mentor and guide analysts, advocate for data governance improvements, and scale AI-driven insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive measurable business outcomes, preferably in SaaS, RevOps, or GTM Strategy
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL design, and enterprise-scale data environments
- Proficiency in R or Python for advanced analytics, forecasting, and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with BI platforms such as Looker or Hex
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders, including executives
- Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills, able to translate complex analysis into clear narratives
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with curiosity for uncovering insights and shaping strategic decisions
- Experience building ROI/TCO models, value benchmarking frameworks, or verified outcomes programs is a plus
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle metrics and experience integrating AI/ML into analytics workflows is desirable
