Responsibilities

• Based at our Raeford, NC hospital campus.

• Hospitalemployed W2 position with full benefits or without at a higher base rate.

• Broad case mix to expand your skillset.

• ACT model with exceptional autonomy

• Supportive, collaborative team of anesthesiologists and surgeons

• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts (weekends or call) at other FirstHealth locations for higher earning potential.

A package built to compete with both W2 and 1099 offerings:

Base Compensation

• $113/hr starting base salary. New grads accepted!
• Additional compensation for offshifts and crosscampus coverage.

Financial Incentives

• $75,000 sign-on bonus or loan repayment for a 3year commitment
• $25,000 retention incentive for an additional year
• $10,000 relocation stipend
• 501(c)(3) employer — PSLFeligible

Qualifications

• NC RN License
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Certification or eligibility by the NBCRNA
• Must have a clean background, NC licensure, and AHA BLS certification.
