This role focuses on shaping and supporting global compensation strategies that help attract, retain, and engage top talent across a multinational environment. You will work on evaluating job structures, analyzing market data, and ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant with evolving regulations. The position plays a key role in supporting annual compensation cycles, pay reviews, and incentive planning while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders. You will also contribute to data-driven insights through advanced reporting and analytics, helping guide strategic decisions. Operating in a fast-paced, global setting, you will ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency across compensation processes. This is a high-impact role where analytical expertise directly influences workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and execution of global compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. You will translate market data and business needs into actionable compensation insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate roles and recommend job grading, titles, and pay structures based on responsibilities and market benchmarks
- Conduct market pricing and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay practices
- Support compensation planning activities including annual reviews, salary structure updates, and incentive forecasting
- Review job offers and internal mobility cases, providing compensation recommendations for hires and promotions
- Perform data analysis using HRIS and market tools to identify trends, anomalies, and insights
- Support Workday compensation processes, including data loads, testing, audits, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and support policy alignment across regions
- Communicate compensation programs clearly to stakeholders and support enablement across HR and business teams
This role requires strong analytical capability, compensation expertise, and experience working in global or multinational environments. You should be comfortable handling complex data, influencing stakeholders, and working with HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis within a global or multinational organization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Experience in market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation modeling
- Knowledge of compensation-related labor laws and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and reporting tools preferred
- Familiarity with EIB loads and Workday data processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to different stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
