RCM Manager in Woodbridge, New Jersey at Knack BPO LLC

We are seeking an experienced Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DME billing, collections, and reimbursement processes, with hands-on experience using Brightree and generating Ad Hoc reports. This role requires excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the DME revenue cycle, including billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections
• Generate and analyze Ad Hoc reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle performance
• Maintain compliance with payer guidelines and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) RCM
• Proficiency with Brightree software
• Strong experience creating and analyzing Ad Hoc reports
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
