Project Manager (Cross-Team Coordination & Workback Plans)

With 18 residential neighborhoods and shopping venues, we want to hire and nurture positively motivated and enthusiastic people to serve our residents and guests.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to drive coordination across multiple teams, ensuring timely execution of initiatives and clear reporting to leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at creating and tracking detailed workback plans, facilitating collaboration, and synthesizing project progress into executive-level summaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed workback plans, aligning tasks, timelines, and dependencies across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to endure alignment on deliverables and milestones.
- Track project progress and proactively address risks or roadblocks, enduring projects to stay on track.
- Consolidate project updates into clear, concise executive summaries for leadership review.
- Leverage Monday.com (or comparable project management tools) to paganize, track, and visualize timelines, resources, and tasks.
- Facilitate regular project check-ins and ensure all stakeholders remain informed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly across multiple teams or departments.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com strongly preferred; experience with other tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira) also considered.
- Strong organizational skills, especially in distilling complex projects into high level summaries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
