Ardent Communities is seeking experienced, motivated Property Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of their community while leading a high-performing team. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager, the Property Manager is responsible for the overall on-site operation of their community, including financial, marketing, maintenance, and administrative functions, while demonstrating a strong commitment to company values and goals.

• Manage all aspects of assigned property operations
• Lead and motivate the leasing team in a positive, goal-oriented environment
• Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents
• Advertise and market vacancies to attract qualified tenants
• Manage annual budgets, delinquency, and financial performance
• Oversee property appearance, maintenance, and overall performance
• Collect rent, file evictions, and resolve resident concerns
• Schedule unit turns and walk units for completion
• Achieve financial goals and report on performance metrics
• Build relationships with prospective clients to support business growth
  

• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of property management rules, regulations, and policies
  

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:30am to 6:00pm if no agent that day

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Property Management experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Management experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License & own transportation

Ardent Communities is hiring Rockstar Leasing Consultants in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. Our portfolio is rapidly expanding and we are filling IMMEDIATE openings. No prior leasing experience required—customer service and sales experience are a plus.

• Greet and assist current and prospective residents
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Showcase models, amenities, and community features
• Create urgency and excitement to close leases
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
• Create and update online advertisements to drive traffic
• Enter maintenance requests and assist the Property Manager
• Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewing residents

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Based on experience
• Two days off during the week (Monday–Friday)
• Weekends are mandatory
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Sunday: 11:30 am 5:00 pm
• Work Location: Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas
