Production Support- 2nd Shift at CTech Manufacturing – Weston, Wisconsin

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role on the assembly line, helping deliver high-quality products that meet both company and customer expectations.

• Operate hand, power, and air tools to assemble components into finished products
• Read and follow project specifications, identifying any required adjustments or special handling
• Use tools, equipment, and materials safely, efficiently, and accurately to ensure quality results
• Verify all required operations are completed and work with the team lead to submit rework tickets for missing or damaged items
• Follow all safety rules and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work environment
  

• $1.00/hour shift premium
• 4 ten-hour shifts

• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions
• Willing and able to work overtime
• Dependable with emphasis on attendance and punctuality
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for entirety of shift
• While performing the duties of the jobs, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
