We are currently looking for a Compliance Project Specialist to join our Global Quality & Compliance team. In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of cross-functional compliance projects, with a primary focus on the implementation of the new EU Battery Regulation. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, timelines, and internal standards.

What you will do
  • Coordinate compliance project activities, with a strong focus on EU Battery Regulation implementation.
  • Manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Compile, review, and maintain regulatory documentation and compliance evidence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Legal teams to gather and validate inputs.
  • Support broader compliance initiatives (e.g. chemicals, environmental, and product safety) and contribute to process improvements.
What you should bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in product compliance, project management, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks, including safety, chemical, and environmental directives.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
