Roof Replacement Account Manager at CROWN CAPITAL MGMT LLC – Sarasota, Florida

Pay: $80,000 – $150,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

We are seeking a high-performing Roofing Sales Account Manager to drive reroof sales across Florida, with a primary focus on the West Coast market. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for generating, managing, and closing residential and light commercial reroof projects.

This role is designed for a proven closer who wants strong base stability with meaningful upside.

• Generate and close residential and light commercial reroof sales
• Perform roof inspections and present proposals to customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
• Build relationships with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and insurance contacts
• Identify storm-related and insurance restoration opportunities
• Maintain pipeline activity and meet monthly sales targets
• Coordinate project handoff with operations teams

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• 3+ years of roofing, construction, or in-home sales experience
• Proven ability to close high-value deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage a statewide territory
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

• On-Target Earnings: $150K+ (uncapped commission)
• Commission structure tied to revenue and/or margin
• Company vehicle + fuel card (clean driving record required)
