We are looking for an Office Experience Coordinator who understands that "reception" is about more than just answering phones - it’s about curated hospitality. You will be the person who ensures that our team, recruits, and partners feel the "Canopy difference" from the moment they step through the door.

• The First Impression: Own the lobby experience. You aren't just sitting at a desk; you are managing the atmosphere, greeting high-level recruits, and ensuring guests are comfortable.
• Logistics Command: Manage the heavy flow of incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, and UPS. In a growing mortgage firm, these documents are the lifeblood of the business - accuracy and speed are non-negotiable.
• Culture Fuel: Proactively manage our snack and office supply inventories. You’ll be responsible for keeping our "Silicon Slopes" kitchen stocked and inviting for a team that works hard.
• Operational Agility: Support our leadership team with "growth-mode" tasks - whether that’s helping set up for a sudden 20-person lunch meeting or organizing a new shipment of branded swag.
