At Revolve Construction, we know that a great paint job is only as good as the walls underneath it. As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled Drywall Installer (Drywall Hangers and Finishers) who take pride in creating perfectly flat, seamless surfaces. If you have a sharp eye for alignment and a steady hand for finishing, we want you on our crew.

You will be responsible for transforming raw framing into finished walls and ceilings. This role requires technical precision in measuring and cutting, physical strength for hanging, and the patience required for high-quality taping and mudding.

• Hanging: Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets around windows, doors, and electrical outlets with minimal waste.
• Fastening: Securely nail or screw sheets to wood or metal studs, ensuring all fasteners are properly recessed without tearing the paper.
• Taping & Mudding: Apply tape and multiple coats of joint compound (mud) to seams, corners, and fastener indentations.
• Sanding: Sand joints and surfaces to a smooth, seamless finish, prepared for Level 4 or Level 5 paint specifications.
• Specialty Work: Install corner beads and handle repairs or "patches" on existing structures as needed.
• Ceiling Installation: Install heavy sheets on ceilings using lifts or scaffolding while maintaining strict safety standards.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in drywall hanging and/or finishing.
• Tool Proficiency: Must be skilled with T-squares, utility knives, drywall saws, power screwdrivers, taping knives, and hawks/pans.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and maneuver standard 4' x 8' or 4' x 12' sheets (approx. 50–80 lbs) throughout the day.
• Precision: High attention to detail to ensure walls are plumb and joints are invisible after painting.
• Professionalism: Clean up dust and debris daily to maintain a professional job site.
