Responsibilities:
- Identify, address and solve problems for managed accounts.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for assigned shipments.
- Manage high-volume email communications.
- Help customers classify freight.
- Participate in regular business reviews with key accounts.
- Utilize a variety of reports, dashboards, tools and technology.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Able to work on-site at a Schneider facility.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
