Role & ImpactAs a Staff Frontend Engineer at Blinq, youll own technical direction for our frontend platform leading cross-functional initiatives, shaping architecture, and mentoring engineers across teams. Youll work hands-on in React and Node.js, setting the pace for how we scale high-quality, high-impact experiences for millions of users.What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and implementation of frontend systems across the product surface
• Work across the stack (React + Node.js) to solve complex UX and performance challenges
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to align frontend strategy with business goals
• Drive standards for accessibility, testing, observability, and developer experience
• Mentor engineers across squads and help grow a world-class engineering culture

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years in frontend or fullstack roles, with deep React + Node.js expertise
• Experience leading large technical initiatives in high-growth teams
• A track record of designing scalable frontend systems and simplifying complexity
• Fluency in component libraries, state management, and frontend build tools
• Strong communication and leadership across engineering, product, and design
