Hourly Pay Rate: $24.00 – $38.29 based on experience
As a vital member of our surgical team, you’ll support procedures from start to finish—ensuring safety, precision, and seamless workflow in every case. What You’ll Do

• Lead with expertise: Prepare and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures, anticipating surgeon needs.
• Maintain excellence: Uphold a sterile, safe, and organized operating room environment.
• Master advanced equipment: Assemble, operate, and maintain specialized OR technology, including surgical drills and sterilization systems.
• Protect patients: Monitor sterilizers and ensure strict adherence to infection prevention standards.
• Collaborate with purpose: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from a vocational Surgical Technician/Technologist program or three (3) years of onthejob training
• BLS certification (AHA) within three months of hire
• Strong communication skills and specialized operating room knowledge
• Ability to respond quickly and prepare instruments efficiently

Qualifications – Experienced Level

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a vocational Surgical Technician/Technologist program or three (3) years of onthejob training
• Minimum one (1) year of progressively responsible surgical tech experience in multispecialty complex cases
• Preferred: 3–5 years of diverse surgical specialty experience
• Required certification: CST or TSC
• BLS certification (AHA) within three months of hire
• Ability to mentor others and lead within the OR environment
