Roofing Project Manager at AZ Water and Fire LLC – Chandler, Arizona

Arizona Water and Fire is seeking a highly motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you’ll walk roof jobs, estimate the scope of work, and sell the job. You’ll oversee roofing projects from initial inspection through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer experience.

• Perform on-site roof inspections and damage assessments for residential and commercial properties
• Prepare accurate estimates including scope, materials, labor, and timelines
• Present estimates to customers, explain the scope of work, and close sales
• Coordinate with production teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality job completion
• Manage material ordering, job scheduling, and project documentation
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and field crews
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, building codes, and company standards
• Travel to job sites as required; may include evening or weekend work during storm or high-volume periods

This position is field-based and requires regular travel between job sites. Work may include roof inspections, climbing ladders, exposure to heights, and varying outdoor conditions. Evening or weekend availability may be required for storm response or urgent projects.

• Experience in roofing project management, roofing sales, or construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation practices, and insurance restoration processes
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, scopes, and specifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using mobile devices and software such as Xactimate, CompanyCam, or similar tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with insurance restoration or disaster recovery work
• Roofing certifications or manufacturer training preferred
• Familiarity with mitigation and reconstruction workflows
