Role Overview
California Custom Fruits and Flavors is seeking a Production Compounder to join our team. Production Compounders play an integral role in what we do.
Daily Tasks
- Scaling and weighing raw ingredients
- Cycle Counting and Cleaning
- Working with sugars and starches
- Weighing Product
- Read and follow job tickets
- Slice Fruit
What You Need to Succeed
- PPE: Steel-toed slip resistant leather boots and lift belt required
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours
- Bending/Flexing/Extending
- Frequently grip, reach, lift, or pull with both hands
- Ability to lift 45lbs consistently
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Experience operating a scale.
- Ability to use a calculator and understand measurements.
