Responsibilities:

The Service Technician performs routine service inspections and completes vehicle maintenance jobs on all makes and models of vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. Our technicians deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Perform vehicle maintenance in accordance with factory guidelines

· Complete all work according to state and dealership applicable safety requirements and published procedures

· Ensure cleanliness of vehicles prior to returning to the customer

· Actively participate in Stellantis Training Program, other training as applicable

· Maintain a clean working environment

· Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs

· Technician must provide his/her own tools.

· Candidates should be able to lift 75lbs

· Must be able to safely operate shop equipment

· Demonstrate the knowledge of and repeat basic mechanical repairs.

· Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and have effective communication

· Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs.

· Bring a positive can-do approach to their tasks and responsibilities.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company and customer vehicles

· Ability to stand and move around for eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day
