Do you have what it takes to be a Data Specialist:

• High School Diploma required
• Data Analytics Certification preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred

The Data Specialist is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization by collaborating with the Decision Support team to manage and analyze data. The role assists in closing value-based care gap reports and is responsible for creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports in support of the Data Analytics Supervisor. The position monitors and responds to Decision Support Helpdesk tickets as assigned and serves as a backup to the Data Analytics Supervisor when needed. Maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail are essential to success in this role.
