The Handyman / General Maintenance Worker plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, appearance, and operational functionality of all dealership areas. You will handle a variety of maintenance tasks to preserve the value of the facility and equipment. This includes repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, painting, appliance repair, and more. The position may also require occasional after-hours emergency availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and operational standards of dealership facilities.
• Perform routine hands-on general maintenance tasks in various areas including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Conduct repairs and address issues related to the building’s exterior structure, appliances, and overall appearance.
• Occasionally handle after-hours emergency calls.
• Ensure the dealership remains compliant with all safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, HVAC, and painting.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable using various tools and power tools such as drills, hammers, saws, scissor lifts, etc.
• Capable of performing basic janitorial duties.
• Experience with landscaping, tree trimming, and brush removal.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.
