Description

We are looking for an Apprentice-level TS/SCI-cleared Cartographic Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will work within a government/contractor team environment providing Electronic Nautical Chart Conversion, Production, and Review. Must currently possess an active TS/SCI level security clearance and be willing to obtain a Polygraph level clearance to be considered for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support existing and developing mission areas, including Digital Nautical Chart or Electronic Nautical Chart Conversion production.
• Perform cartographic and GIS analysis by extracting features from various sources, such as rasterized nautical charts, digital hydrographic survey data, and ortho-rectified imagery.

• High School diploma with EITHER
  • 3 years of relevant military or full-time geospatial professional experience
  • 3 years of experience plus GPC Level I and II certification
• Experience in geography, cartography, and GIS, with proficiency in ArcGIS applications.
• Knowledge of digital cartography, GIS production techniques, and NGA digital data formats.
• Ability to analyze imagery and non-imagery source data for hydrographic products and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Nautical Maritime domains.

Education:

• A high school diploma

Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required, with a willingness to obtain a polygraph upon request

Shift schedule:

• 2nd shift: 1500-2300

Salary Range: $55,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
