Retail Showroom Associate Responsibilities: (But not limited to)
Greeting and welcoming customers into the store.
Demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
Provide/administer product demonstrations.
Facilitate the test ride process.
Ensure the customers' understanding of the product and risk.
Help with the filing of safety documentation.
Assist bike technicians with check-in of service appointments.
Maintaining cleanliness of the showroom and building.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 65lbs
Walking/riding bikes outdoors
Standing for extended periods
Compensation:
$21/hour
An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of experience.
