RN Inpatient Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient care team,

The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients in a fast-paced hospital setting,

Job Description

Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning,

Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and communicate changes to physicians and care teams,

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans,

Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions,

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements,

Utilize strong critical thinking and communication skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes,

Requirements:

Current RN license in New Jersey,

BSN Required

Prefers 1-2 years of inpatient Oncology nursing experience,

OCN or BMTCN

BLS/ACLS certification required,

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills,
