Youāll be the architect behind our online presenceācrafting compelling content, building community, and driving engagement that translates into real-world impact. šÆ Key Responsibilities
⢠Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals
⢠Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.)
⢠Monitor, respond to, and grow community engagement across all channels
⢠Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal reach and impact
⢠Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging
⢠Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
⢠Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns
⢠Prepare monthly reports with insights, wins, and recommendations
š ļø Requirements
⢠Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
⢠Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
⢠Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
⢠Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.)
⢠Ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and platforms
⢠Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
⢠Bonus: Experience with paid social campaigns and A/B testing
