About This Position

We are proud to be the only 100% union-labeled supplemental benefits provider in the world, serving as the trusted partner to over 40,000 labor unions and associations across North America and internationally. For more than six decades, our mission has been simple yet powerful — to protect working families by providing them with the supplemental and permanent benefits they need to secure their financial future. Our team helps ensure that union members — including teachers, healthcare professionals, firefighters, veterans, and other essential workers — receive the coverage they deserve when workplace benefits are reduced, lost, or unavailable.

At the core of our success is a commitment to integrity, transparency, and service. We believe in building careers that empower people to make a lasting difference. Every team member plays a vital role in helping families understand their benefit options and guiding them toward greater peace of mind. We provide full training, mentorship, and growth opportunities, creating an environment where motivated individuals can achieve long-term success and advance into leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

This position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, and want to develop meaningful professional skills.
Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to union members who have requested benefit information

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments using platforms such as Zoom

  • Delivering informative and engaging presentations to help families understand their coverage options

  • Utilizing basic computer programs to maintain client records and submit applications

  • Completing the necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Participating in leadership and professional development training to build management and mentorship skills

  • Collaborating with team members and leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

You’ll be supported every step of the way by experienced mentors and managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and listening skills

  • Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic about helping others

  • Able to build trust and rapport with clients quickly and professionally

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through habits

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Team-oriented and motivated by growth and leadership opportunities

  • Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

What We Offer

We believe that when our team members succeed, our clients succeed. That’s why we provide one of the most competitive compensation and benefits packages in the industry.

  • Full benefits package after training and onboarding

  • 100% remote position — work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection

  • Flexible work schedule to maintain work-life balance

  • Comprehensive training program — no prior experience required

  • Fast-track advancement opportunities for top performers

  • Annual all-expenses-paid incentive trips to destinations such as the Bahamas, Cancun, and Las Vegas for qualifying team members

  • Supportive, inclusive, and mission-driven team culture
