What you will do:
  • Play a significant role in achieving the business’s sales targets and objectives
  • Attract and cultivate new Enterprise customers to enhance sales
  • Increase sales by developing innovative strategies
  • Assist in generating new leads by effectively managing current connections and networking with contacts
  • Negotiate prices in sales-related contracts
  • Maintain robust relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and present product or service presentations to potential new accounts
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and other relevant customer information
  • An intimate understanding of the business’s products and services
  • Keep current with the latest industry trends and news
  • Create, plan and deliver presentation on company products
  • Track all sales activities in Hubspot.com – keep current by updating information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and department to optimize the sales effort
A bit about you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10-15 years of sales experience
  • Healthcare and SaaS experience strongly preferred, specifically Value Based Care/ACO
  • Strong background in closing new business
  • Experienced in sales and contract negotiation, especially with deals over $100k
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations
  • Able to work in a target-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Effective at remote selling

This position does not require that you live in Illinois. It is a remote role.

This is a full-time position with an excellent comp package including salary, incentives, paid-for benefits, flexibility, and potential for huge growth. We are unable to sponsor visa candidates at this time.
