Job Title: Driver Recruiter

Location: Remote or Onsite (depending on area)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed
Compensation: $55,000 base salary + commission structure

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-oriented Driver Recruiter to help fuel our company’s growth. This role requires managing a high volume of touchpoints across multiple communication channels and sourcing platforms. A solid understanding of the trucking and logistics industry is essential, as is the ability to clearly communicate job opportunities while effectively representing the company’s brand to prospective drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of touchpoints daily through calls, texts, emails, and social messaging
• Leverage platforms like Tenstreet, Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting tools to identify and engage qualified driver leads
• Promote the company’s offerings, values, and culture to attract top-tier driver talent
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment and onboarding process
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and safety teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
• Be responsive and available to support driver needs, including some weekend availability

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of driver recruiting experience, with proven success using Tenstreet, Indeed, Facebook, and other lead sources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification processes
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-touch, high-volume recruiting environment
• Proficient with CRM, ATS, and digital communication tools
