As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and promoting a positive team environment.
We are hiring for new college graduates to begin their career as Construction Project Engineer with career paths to;
- Assistant Project Manager
- Estimator
- Field Leadership
- Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-On Opportunity - Rotational Program
Be onsite with project teams as well as a part of customer meetings to gain valuable knowledge of our company and industry.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Personnel, and office staff to contribute to tasks and deadlines for current activities.
- Process Documentation:
- Work with tools such as SharePoint, Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam and MS Excel.
- Prepare clear and concise process documents for reference.
- Learning and Growth:
- Gain insights into various roles within the entire electrical construction industry.
- Develop fundamental business knowledge to contribute to overall organizational success.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Key Requirements:
- A Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 or Fall 2026 Construction Management / Engineering graduate from a technical college or bachelor’s degree program.
- Ability to be in our Justin, TX office Monday-Friday when not traveling.
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time to be on a job site for learning opportunities.
