National Project Estimator at Rabine LLC – Schaumburg, Illinois

With commercial paving in all 50 states, we are the chosen partner for some of the country's largest retail brands.

Summary/Objective

Looking to add a new member to a small tight-knit team responsible for estimating projects across the country for some of the largest commercial/industrial property owners. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can take on the challenge that comes with managing multiple projects at a time.

Essential Functions

• Work with sales team to understand the requirements/specifications for new estimates/opportunities
• Manage a high volume of opportunities within a CRM as they work their way through the bid funnel
• Communicate with subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Ability to read, understand, and discuss project plans and proposals to identify scope gap

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of construction and ability to read plans is a minimum requirement
• Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment
• Previous knowledge of asphalt/concrete is a bonus

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Standard M-F 40hr weeks

Travel not required but opportunities do exist to travel and see projects in the field
