634 Properties is looking for a hands-on, versatile General Property Maintenance/Handyman to support our residential portfolio with repairs, maintenance, and improvement tasks. This is a full-time, field-based role suited for a reliable, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair flooring, with emphasis on click vinyl plank (required) and carpet (preferred)
Perform drywall repairs and painting for interior/exterior surfaces
Conduct basic plumbing tasks including unclogging, faucet replacement, and leak repair
Handle basic electrical work such as switch and outlet replacement
Execute general carpentry work including trim, minor framing, and door repairs
Complete routine property maintenance duties across assigned residential units
Work independently and document completed tasks accurately
Collaborate with other field staff or contractors as needed
Maintain a clean and organized job site and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Proficiency with click vinyl plank flooring installation required
Skilled in drywall patching and interior painting
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
