Patient is a 2-year-old female with neurological challenges, including a (VP) shunt, G-tube dependence, and seizure disorder. She requires close monitoring for signs of shunt malfunction or increased intracranial pressure, seizure activity, and tolerance of G-tube feedings. The patient benefits from consistent routines and attentive, gentle care.

Shifts Avail:
• 24 hours/day – 7 days a week

Requirements:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
