Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Ladgov Corporation – Ramstein-Miesenbach, Rheinland-Pfalz

Location: 86th Medical Group, Ramstein AB, Germany
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1630

• Provide nursing support in the Referral Management Center (RMC).

• Process specialty care referrals: validate eligibility, register/update patients in MHS GENESIS/DEERS, and schedule appointments within Access to Care standards.

• Clarify non-TRICARE covered benefits with BCAC.

• Provide pre-appointment instructions and ensure patients leave with required documentation.

• Track referrals through MTF, network, and non-network providers; ensure timely return of results to referring providers.

• Assist in monthly statistical report preparation and quality assurance reviews.

• Deliver customer service including greeting patients, routing calls, and assisting providers with referral needs.

• Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation per MTF and DHA standards.

• Participate in professional meetings, training, and continuing education.

• Provide immediate evaluation of emergency problems as required.

• Graduate of an approved National League of Nursing LPN program.

• Active, unrestricted nursing license in a U.S. jurisdiction.

• Current BLS certification.

• Familiarity with TRICARE, referral management, and medical records systems.
