Job Description : - 3 to 7 years of experience in Information Technology and of project management experience in I.T. - Good understanding of the technical ecosystems - Familiar with software development and software specialties. - Experienced to handle complex multi-functional projects and programs in Waterfall and Agile methodology with program management principles. - Ability to run all Scrum meetings - Should hands-on experience on all the Scrum Master activities Responsibilities : - Create & manage project plans. - Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress. - Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives. - Use Project Management skills to define scope and outcomes, track actions and lead toward success, including Client management. - Help the project team with the design and development tasks. - Lead process of issue identification and resolution. - Manage risk tracking process. - Monitor and manage scope. - Manage all documentation. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors.
