Your Role: Drive Content Success 🎬

As the Z-Content Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and distributing our clients' video content to enhance Clickthrough-Rates (CTR), boost views, drive engagement, and ensure a consistent posting schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Craft compelling, SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags for YouTube and other social media platforms ✍🏼
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and integrate them into video metadata 🔍
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly 🔭
• Monitor video performance and leverage data analysis to identify areas for improvement 📊
• Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and coordinate with clients for approvals and specific instructions 🗓️
• Ensure precise content distribution based on client preferences and instructions 🌟

What You Need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 🗣️
• 2+ years of experience in YouTube video optimization, content distribution, or digital marketing ⌚
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques 💡
• Experience with content scheduling tools and platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc) 🔧
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and video optimization tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ 📈
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content policies 📚

Skills:

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software 🎞️
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategies 📉
