About This Position
Fullstack Software Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to join Krakw Hub. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high-growth environment with rapidly evolving needs. This individual will contribute to our CRM platform - the core of ActiveCampaign's product - working across deals, contacts, and lists functionality. The role spans our PHP backend, frontend components, and emerging Python-based agentic workflows, with a strong focus on performance optimization and productization. You don't have to check all the checkboxes in the job description. We're looking for driven and curious engineers who are open about learning new technologies and solving problems.
What your day could consist of:- CRM Platform Development
- Building and enhancing features across deals, contacts, and lists in our PHP application
- Developing and improving frontend experiences in the CRM using React and Ember
- Driving productization - evolving CRM features to be more scalable and configurableI
- Identifying and implementing performance improvements across backend and frontend
- Contributing to the design and implementation of agentic AI workflows as they are integrated into the CRM
- Maintaining and evolving legacy codebases while driving modernization efforts
- CollaborationWorking with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and other engineering squads
- Engaging in pairing and code reviews
- Participation in the on-call rotation for incidents
- 4+ years of work experience in a fullstack software engineering role
- Demonstrated knowledge of the challenges of scaling SaaS systems
- Experience writing production code in PHP following accepted coding standards
- Solid frontend experience with React or Ember (or both)
- Familiarity with DB technologies: MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple codebases and technologies
- Nice to have:
- Track record of identifying and delivering performance improvements in production systemsExperience with Python for backend services or agentic workflows
- Experience or interest in AI/ML systems or LLM integrationsFamiliarity with CI/CD practices and patterns
- Knowledge of AWS (or any public cloud)
- Understanding of CRM domain concepts (contacts management, deal pipelines, segmentation)
- Experience with SaaS productization
