Pharmacist in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a licensed Pharmacist to join the team at Stephens Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri, have PharmD, and have previous hospital pharmacy experience.

The Pharmacy team serves our rural community through hospital, clinic, and long-term care settings. The team collaborates daily with physicians, nurses, and other teams.

A typical day will include compounding and dispensing medications to fill orders and prescription requests by physicians and other qualified prescribers, ensuring safe and efficient medication distribution throughout the organization, and providing clinical and drug information for physicians, nurses, and patients. You will perform medication reconciliation to enhance medication safety and decrease potential drug-related problems due to inaccurate information.

This position is a full-time float position with rotating shifts.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Doctorate in Pharmacy/PharmD
• Experience: 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Skills: n/a
• Licensure/Certification: PharmD
