Thermoforming Operator at Anchor Packaging Inc – Lanse, Michigan

A Thermoforming Operator is responsible for ensuring that products are produced within all current specifications, on time, and at the proper production rate to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include: Operating line in the safest possible manner and observe all safety policies; observes machine operation to detect work piece defects; troubleshoot line and adjust the line for variability; tagging all product ran for traceability and is packed accordingly; keep accurate records of daily production and downtime; must maintain good attendance.

Qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED; or successful completion of the WorkKeys Career Readiness Certification with at least 3 months related experience. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; must be at least 18 years of age; ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
